Ingredients
½cuppowdered (icing) or granulated sugar
½cupconstarch
¾cupbutter, room temperature
1cupall-purpose flour
jam of your choice (optional)
Instructions
Sift cornstarch, sugar and flour together. Next, smooth in butter.
Roll into 1 inch balls. Press down slightly, making sure cookies are 1 ½ inch apart. Place on baking sheets.
Bake for 300°F for 15-20 minutes, depending on your oven.
